I love my therapy room and would like you to as well. I aim to provide a warm, cosy space for you to feel supported and understood. The most important aspect of attending counselling, is the therapeutic relationship. As from having a good therapeutic relationship, you will feel listened to and respected. This will allow you to feel more confident to explore your issues knowing you feel safe to do so without fear of judgement.
I mainly work as an Integrative Counsellor, tailoring my therapy to my clients' specific wants and needs. I can also work using a collaborative therapist-directed approach using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), to treat disorders of anxiety, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, worry, OCD, low self-esteem, PTSD, sleep issues, anger.
