Counselling is about exploring yourself and things that concern you. It is about understanding yourself better.

Attending counselling sessions provides you with a safe space to work through some of your thoughts and feelings, so that you may understand what impact these could be having on you.  Counselling supports you to look at identifying and removing any obstacles to support personal growth / healing. 

Personal growth never ends.
